Description / Scope of Work
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites sealed bids for the supply of clay for earth filling. The tender enquiry number is FCS/SDQ/TE/026/26, issued on 9 June 2026 with a closing date of 25 June 2026. The procurement is for delivery to locations in Punjab as specified in the Schedule of Requirements and Delivery (Appendix B). Bids must be submitted in Pak Rupees inclusive of all taxes, duties, levies, and sales tax at the applicable GST rate. The bidder must clearly indicate whether any items are exempted from sales tax and specify the GST rate for each item quoted.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to provide proof of business registration, including copies of NIC (for proprietors), partnership deeds, or Articles of Association (for companies). Bidders must submit valid GST and National Tax Number certificates along with a Professional Tax Clearance Certificate. A bid bond specimen is required as per Appendix F. The tender value determines whether an integrity pact is mandatory. Bids must remain valid for 60 days from the closing date. Quotations carrying overwriting or lacking required technical literature and specifications will be disqualified.
Bidders must submit tenders in duplicate sealed covers marked confidential, addressed to the Deputy Chief Officer (Procurement), SNGPL Procurement Office at Project South Spread KLP Road, Near Jamal Din Wali By Pass, Sadiqabad Camp. Bids must also be uploaded on the E-PADS system; submission only in one format (physical or electronic) will render the bid non-responsive. Tenders close at 15:00 hours on 25 June 2026 and will be publicly opened at 15:30 hours the same day. Only one authorized representative per bidder is allowed at the opening.
