Supply of Stone Crush by Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites sealed bids for the supply of stone crush. This is a procurement enquiry issued on 9 June 2026 with a closing and opening date of 25 June 2026. The tender closing time is 15:00 hours and opening time is 15:30 hours. The materials are required for delivery as per the schedule of requirements specified in Appendix B of the tender document. Bids must be submitted in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of all taxes, duties, levies and sales tax. The bidder is required to clearly mention any items exempted from sales tax and indicate the applicable GST rate, with a default assumption of 18% GST if not specified. Delivery must conform strictly to the terms and specifications provided, though earlier delivery is acceptable.

Bidders must submit all required documentation including a valid bid bond, performance or warranty bond guarantee, questionnaire/commercial terms sheet, and proof of registration with GST and National Tax authority. Copies of NIC for proprietors, partnership deeds for partnerships, or articles of association for companies must be provided. A valid professional tax clearance certificate is mandatory. The offer must remain valid for 60 days from the closing date. Only one authorised representative per bidder is permitted to attend the public opening of bids, and must present an authority letter as per the prescribed format. Bids containing over-writings are likely to be disregarded and all corrections must be authenticated by signatures.

The tender document must be submitted in duplicate in sealed covers with both inner and outer envelopes clearly marked as confidential with the tender reference number and bid opening date. Bids must be submitted both physically to the Procurement Office at Project South Spread KLP Road near Jamal Din Wali By Pass Sadiqabad Camp and electronically on the E-PADS system. Submission in only one form will render the bid non-responsive. Payment shall be made within 30 days of goods receipt, or from the approval date if stores are received subject to approval. SNGPL reserves the right to reject any or all bids, increase or decrease quantities by up to 15 percent, or cancel the enquiry in whole or in part.
