Description / Scope of Work
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited invites sealed bids for the supply of civil material under tender enquiry reference FCS/BWP/TE/024/26. The tender is open to qualified suppliers and contractors for delivery as specified in the schedule of requirements. The procurement is valued at an undisclosed amount with delivery required to the Project South Spread location in Sadiqabad Camp, Punjab. Bidders must submit their offers in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of all taxes, duties, levies and sales tax, with clear indication of GST rates applicable to each item. The company reserves the right to inspect items through third parties at its own expense and to increase or decrease quantities by up to 15 percent after tender opening. Bids must strictly conform to technical specifications or include complete alternative literature with evidence of equivalent or superior quality standards.
Bid documents must be submitted in duplicate sealed covers marked as Confidential, addressed to the Deputy Chief Officer (Procurement), Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited, Procurement Office at Project South Spread KLP Road near Jamal Din Wali By Pass Sadiqabad Camp, Punjab. Bids must also be uploaded on the E-PADS electronic procurement system. The tender closing time is 15:00 hours on 26 June 2026 with public opening at 15:30 hours on the same date. Offers must remain valid for 60 days from the closing date. Payment will be made within 30 days of goods receipt, subject to withholding of 1 percent sales tax as per applicable rules.
