Description / Scope of Work
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites sealed bids for the supply of Coat and Wrap Material and related items through the EPADS (Electronic Procurement Auction and Delivery System) portal. The tender includes 20 line items such as foam sheets, disposable cups, silky romals, burner baths, handle valves, LPG pipes, water coolers, iron cots, pipe lifting belts, latta cloth, muslim cloth, plastic glasses, hand tools (shovel, kassi, pick axe), canvas tarpaulins, GI boxes, and cotton gloves with a total bid bond valuation of Rs. 42,891. Free delivery is required within 15 days of purchase order receipt at SNGPL's Charsadda Camp location in Charsadda, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The tender is open to qualified suppliers and manufacturers meeting the technical and commercial requirements specified in the tender documents.
Bidders must submit firm and irrevocable offers in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of all government taxes, duties, and levies except sales tax, which shall be mentioned separately. A bid bond (security deposit) is mandatory as per the quantities listed in the Schedule of Requirement. Bidders must possess relevant manufacturing capabilities and comply with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) general procedures as prescribed by SNGPL. The offer must remain valid for 60 days from the tender closing date. Bidders are required to provide a Certificate of Full Disclosure and Non-Collusion and must not engage in cartel formation or obstruction of competition, failing which may result in bid rejection and de-listing from approved manufacturers' lists.
Bids must be submitted in duplicate through the EPADS portal and one physical copy to the Officer (Procurement) at SNGPL Camp, Main Charsadda Bazaar, Charsadda, on or before 29 June 2026 by 15:00 hours. Public bid opening will occur at 15:30 hours on the same date. All bid documents including General Terms (Appendix A), Technical Specifications (Appendix C and C-1), Price Term Sheet (Appendix D), Bid Bond and Performance Bond specimens are available in the tender package. Blacklisting and debarment shall follow PPRA Rule No. 19.
