Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan State Oil Company Limited invites sealed electronic bids from eligible contractors with adequate past relevant experience and financial capabilities for the procurement of Transformer Oil required for a six-month period. The tender is issued under tender reference LC-19560-JARR and will be conducted through the SAP Ariba Portal. This procurement is open to vendors across Pakistan with the closing date for bid submission set at 25 June 2026 at 2:15 PM, with technical bid opening scheduled for the same date at 3:00 PM onwards. The tender follows a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure, and commercial bid opening will be communicated separately to technically qualified bidders only.
Eligible bidders must be active taxpayers and shall provide valid documentation including NTN and GST/PST certificates, as well as CNIC of the owner or authorized representative. Bidders must possess adequate financial capabilities and demonstrate relevant past experience in the supply of transformer oil or similar products. All participating vendors are required to have a registered SAP Ariba Network ID to access and participate in the tender process. Bid documents will be made available exclusively through the SAP Ariba Portal from 10 June 2026 to 24 June 2026 between 8:30 AM and 2:15 PM.
Interested parties must submit a scanned copy of a duly signed and stamped request letter on official letterhead through the SAP Ariba Portal, with the subject line stating "Tender Documents Collection Request – Tender No. LC-19560-JARR". The request must be accompanied by scanned copies of valid NTN, GST/PST certificates, and CNIC documentation. Vendors without an existing Ariba Network ID are requested to register at https://tenderpso.com.pk:8022/ prior to participation.
