Town Committee Setharja in Taluka Tharimirwah, Khairpur District, Sindh, invites electronic bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for fourteen development scheme construction projects valued between PKR 403,500 and PKR 2,960,000. The projects include construction of surface drains, culverts, bridges, paver blocks, and brick pavements across various wards and villages within the municipality. Total scope encompasses infrastructure development in Ward No. 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, and 11. Bid reference number TCS/Eng/B/-36 of 2026 is dated 11 June 2026. All projects have a twelve-month completion period and are financed through OZT funds.
Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) where applicable, maintain active Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) registration with valid NTN, possess Sindh Revenue Board registration, and hold valid Sales Tax Registration. Contractors must demonstrate five years of relevant experience with at least one similar project having contract value of eighty percent of the estimated cost, or alternatively two similar projects each of minimum fifty percent value. Minimum turnover of four million Pakistani rupees over the last five years is required, supported by bank statements for three years. Bid security of four point five percent of bid value must be submitted as pay order, bank draft, or call deposit. Non-refundable tender fee of three thousand rupees per project is mandatory. An affidavit on two-hundred rupee stamp confirming the firm has never been blacklisted is required.
Bidding documents can be downloaded from http://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk from Monday, 11 May 2026. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS by 29 June 2026 at 10:00 AM. Bid opening will occur on the same day at 11:00 AM at the office of Town Committee Setharja in the presence of the procurement committee and available bidder representatives. In case of government-declared holidays, the submission and opening schedule will move to Tuesday, 9 June 2026.
