Description / Scope of Work
District Council Jamshoro invites electronic bids from eligible and qualified contractors and firms for execution of twelve development schemes valued between PKR 1.998 million and PKR 2.499 million. The projects encompass construction of concrete block infrastructure at various locations including Raja Khoso, Jafar Khoso, and Zahid Khoso in Taluka Kotri; underground sewerage line construction and concrete paver block installation at multiple sites across Taluka Manjhand and Taluka Schwan; and deep hand pump boring supply and installation at villages throughout the Jamshoro district in Sindh province. Each work package specifies a twelve-month completion period with five percent earnest money deposit and tender fee of PKR 4000.
Bidders must possess active registration with the Income Tax Department and Sindh Revenue Board, valid CNIC copies for proprietors, and authenticated affidavit on e-stamp confirming no litigation or black listing. Bid security of five percent in the form of call deposit from a scheduled bank of Pakistan must be submitted before bid closing. Mandatory qualifications include list of two similar ongoing works and two completed similar works from the last three years with documentary evidence, machinery and equipment details, technical and managerial staff credentials, bank statements for the previous three years issued after publication, cash availability certificate of twenty percent of estimated cost, and average annual financial turnover certificate not less than equivalent scheme cost during the last three years. Past non-performance, work abandonment, or failure to complete within stipulated timeframe constitutes valid rejection grounds as per SPPRA rules.
Bidding documents can be obtained and downloaded from the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System E-PADS e-procurement portal. Submission of electronic bids is scheduled for thirty June two thousand twenty-six up to eleven o'clock morning with bid opening on the same day at eleven thirty. The venue for submission and opening is the Office of the District Council Jamshoro located at Gulshan-e-Shabaz Colony near Old Toll Plaza, Jamshoro. No joint venture participation is permitted, and canvassing or influencing officials regarding tender process shall result in immediate bid rejection and disciplinary action. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to cancel the bidding process without reason prior to bid acceptance as per SPPRA Rule 25.
