HAZECO, the Manager Supply Chain Management, invites applications from eligible and experienced firms and workshops for pre-qualification of Distribution Transformer reclamation and repair service providers. The procurement is intended to establish closed framework agreements for anticipated repair and reclamation requirements during FY 2026–27 and subsequent years in Balochistan. The pre-qualification notice aims to enable HAZECO to invite bids from pre-qualified service providers and sign framework contract agreements with successful bidders, ensuring competitive and quality service delivery for distribution transformer maintenance and reclamation across the province.
Only pre-qualified applicants shall be entitled to participate in subsequent procurement proceedings. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements as detailed in the Pre-qualification Documents, which are available from HAZECO's Supply Chain Management department. Interested applicants should obtain the required Pre-qualification Documents from the office located at Room No 209, College Road, Abbottabad, during official business hours. Applicants must possess relevant technical expertise, experience, and proper licensing to undertake distribution transformer repair and reclamation work.
Applications must be submitted on or before 29 June 2026 at 11:30 AM, with tender opening scheduled for the same day at 12:00 PM. Submissions should follow instructions provided in the Pre-qualification Documents. In accordance with PPRA Rules 2004, applicants are advised to review the notification details available on the procuring agency website and the PPRA Authority website at www.ppra.org.pk. HAZECO reserves the right to reject bids as per Rule 33 of the PPRA Rules 2004. Applicants submitting false or misleading information will be blacklisted.
