Description / Scope of Work
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited invites bids for the supply of hardware material (un-claimable item) through the Electronic Procurement and Distribution System (EPADS). The tender enquiry is issued from SNGPL's Soan Camp facility located near Saroba Grid Station in Rawalpindi, Punjab. This procurement is open to qualified suppliers and manufacturers who can meet the technical specifications and delivery requirements outlined in the tender documents. The tender reference is FCS/SOA/TE/042/26, and interested bidders are required to submit their offers through EPADS only with all documentation and specifications duly completed.
Bidders must meet several eligibility and compliance requirements including submission of a valid bid bond in original (hard copy) before the closing time of 15:00 hours on 26 June 2026. The offer must remain valid for 60 days from the closing date. Bidders are required to provide GST registration numbers along with certificate copies, National Tax Numbers with certificate copies, and valid Professional Tax Clearance Certificates. For tender values of Rs. 10 million or above, bidders must submit the questionnaire and commercial sheet as per the prescribed specimen format. All quotations must be inclusive of all taxes, duties, and levies including Sales Tax at the generally applicable rate of 18% unless specifically exempted and clearly indicated.
Bids will be opened publicly on the same day at 15:30 hours at SNGPL Soan Camp in Rawalpindi. Bidders or their authorized representatives may attend the opening ceremony. The company reserves the right to reject any or all bids, increase or decrease tender quantities by up to 15%, or cancel the enquiry. Payment will be made within 30 days of goods receipt, with SNGPL deducting 1% of the total sales tax as per withholding rules. Complete tender documents including General Terms (Appendix A), Schedule of Requirements (Appendix B), Technical Specifications (Appendix C), and Price Term Sheet (Appendix D) must be obtained and properly completed.
