Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited invites sealed bids through the Electronic Procurement and Auction Delivery System (EPADS) for the supply of soap testing material. This tender enquiry, referenced as FCS/LKI/TE/009/26, is issued from the Lakki Camp procurement office located opposite Ghazni Khel Filling Station near Gulbaz Shop in Lakki Marwat, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The tender encompasses supply, delivery, and compliance with specified technical standards and quality requirements. Bidders are required to submit quotations in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of all applicable taxes, duties, and levies, with a 60-day validity period from the tender closing date. The procurement is open to manufacturers and authorized suppliers meeting the requisite financial and technical capabilities.
Bidders must possess valid National Tax Number, GST registration, and Professional Tax Clearance Certificate as outlined in the tender requirements. A bid bond in original form must be submitted before the closing time to the Senior Officer (Procurement) at the Lakki Marwat office address. For tender values of Rs. 10 million or above, bidders must provide audited financial statements and evidence of their business establishment date. Technical specifications conforming to National or International standards of equal or higher quality are acceptable, provided bidders submit supporting documentation and evidence of standard recognition.
Bid submission is mandatory through EPADS only, with closure scheduled for 29 June 2026 at 1500 hours followed by public opening at 1530 hours on the same date. Quotations should be submitted using the prescribed Price Sheet (Appendix D) and Questionnaire/Commercial Terms Sheet (Appendix I), both duly signed and stamped by authorized representatives. Only one authorized representative per bidder is permitted to attend the opening ceremony, required to present an authority letter as per the specified format. Payment will be made within 30 days of goods receipt, subject to standard withholding tax deductions as per applicable regulations.
