Description / Scope of Work
Nowshera Cantonment Board invites sealed bids for award of revenue collection contracts for the period July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027. The procurement encompasses five separate contracts: livestock animal collection rights including cattle, buffalo, goats and sheep at prescribed rates; general bus stand fees at Sher Shah Cavalry Road and Riddhi Bazaar with daily rates for buses, rickshaws, wagons and carts; parking collection rights for open plots at Mangi Chowk with vehicle-wise rates; hoarding and neon sign board rental charges; and shop shutter advertisement charges within Nowshera Cantonment limits. The total contract values range from approximately 31,250 rupees to 43,05,000 rupees with estimated annual revenues listed for each category.
Eligible bidders must hold valid National Identity Card, possess Current Tax Filer Certificate or Federal Board of Revenue registration, and provide sealed bid deposit as specified for each contract. Bidders are required to submit necessary documents including proof of income tax filing status. Bid security will be returned to unsuccessful bidders within one day of opening, while successful bidders must deposit advance payment of up to ten percent of contract value and execute written agreement within one week of approval.
Bid documents may be obtained from Nowshera Cantonment Board offices during official working hours. Sealed bids must be submitted to the Cantonment Board by the closing date with opening scheduled thereafter. Successful contractors must maintain security, cleanliness, and compliance with all regulations under penalty of fine or contract cancellation. All bidding shall follow PPRA 2004 rules.
