Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO) invites electronic bids for the sale of old and unserviceable power transformers on an as-is-where-is basis through single stage single envelope procedure under national competitive bidding. The procurement is managed by the Chief Engineer (Development), Project Management Unit, located in Sukkur, Sindh. Interested and eligible bidders are invited to inspect the unserviceable material at the SEPCO Warehouse near the 132kV Grid Station on Arain Road, Sukkur, during working hours between 21 April 2026 and 7 May 2026. Bidders must be tax payer registered firms with valid CNIC, NTN registration, and STRN if available. All bids must be accompanied by bid security or earnest money from scheduled banks of Pakistan in the form of a CDR, bank guarantee, or pay order, valid for 120 days from the tender opening date. The bid security should be submitted in an envelope clearly marked with the tender number and submitted before the e-bid submission deadline at the office of the Chief Engineer (Development), PMU SEPCO, Room 201, 2nd Floor, Al Sehra Building, Minara Road, near Session Court, Sukkur. Bidders must not be blacklisted, debarred, or defaulted against any disposal order by WAPDA, NTDC, or DISCOs, and must provide undertaking on non-judicial stamp paper worth Rs. 100.
Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions, technical specifications, and evaluation criteria are available on the E-PADS portal at the PPRA website. Interested bidders must register on E-PADS and submit documents electronically. Bids submitted through any other method will be treated as non-responsive. The e-bid shall remain valid for 90 calendar days from the date of bid opening. Tender opening will take place on 30 June 2026 on E-PADS in the presence of bidders' representatives at the Chief Engineer's office.
