Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO) invites electronic bids for the sale of old unserviceable power transformers lying at grid stations under the SS&T Division Dadu in Sindh. The procurement is conducted through a single stage single envelope procedure on national competitive bidding basis. The transformers are located at multiple 132kV grid stations including Moro, Faridabad, Naushero Feroze, and Padidan, and are being sold on an as is where is basis with no disputes entertained post-sale. Interested bidders may inspect the unserviceable material at the designated grid station locations during office hours from 16 April 2026 to 3 May 2026, with contact available through the Superintending Engineer (GSO) Circle SEPCO Sukkur.
Eligible bidders must be tax payer registered firms with valid CNIC, NTN registration, and STRN if available. All bids must be accompanied by bid security or earnest money from scheduled banks of Pakistan in the form of CDR, bank guarantee, or pay order valid for 120 days from the date of tender opening. The bid security must be in favour of Chief Engineer (Development), PMU SEPCO Sukkur and submitted in a physical envelope marked with the tender number before the e-bid submission deadline. Bids with security in names other than specified will be rejected. The e-bid shall remain valid for 90 calendar days from the date of bid opening.
Bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, technical specifications, and evaluation criteria are available on the E-PADS platform at the PPRA website. Interested bidders must register on E-PADS to submit documents electronically; bids submitted through any other means will be treated as non-responsive. Bidders requiring registration, training, or information about E-PADS should contact PPRA at 1st Floor FBC Building Sector G-5/2 Islamabad. The tender will be opened on E-PADS on 30 June 2026 in the presence of bidder representatives who wish to attend at the office of Chief Engineer (Development), PMU SEPCO, Room 201, 2nd Floor Al Sehra Building, Minara Road near Session Court Sukkur. Firms must quote rates for the complete tender; partial bids will be rejected.
