Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO) invites electronic bids on an as-is-where-is basis for the sale of old unserviceable power transformers through a single stage single envelope procedure under national competitive bidding. The procurement is for unserviceable equipment currently lying at multiple grid stations under the SS&T Division in Larkana, Sindh, including facilities at Larkana City, Larkana New, Warah, Jacobabad Old, Karampur, Shahdadkot, Naudero, Kashmore, and Thull. Tender reference PMU/SEPCO/PTR-02/2025-26-R covers the complete disposal lot on a tender-wise basis with no disputes entertained after sale.
Eligible bidders must be registered as taxpayers with valid CNIC and NTN registration certificates, with STRN if available. All bids must be accompanied by bid security or earnest money from scheduled banks of Pakistan in the form of a CDR, bank guarantee, or pay order with 120 days validity from the opening date in favour of the Chief Engineer (Development), PMU SEPCO Sukkur. E-bids must maintain validity for 90 calendar days from the date of opening. Interested and eligible bidders may inspect the unserviceable material on any working day between 11 June 2026 and 29 June 2026 during office hours at the respective grid stations by contacting the Superintending Engineer (GSO) at 132kV Grid Station Arain Road Sukkur (telephone 071-9310397).
The complete bidding document containing detailed terms and conditions, technical specifications, evaluation criteria, and procurement method is available on E-PADS at the PPRA website. Bidders must be registered on E-PADS and submit all documents through the electronic platform. Bids submitted through any other channel will be treated as non-responsive. Physical bid security envelopes must be clearly marked with the tender number, procurement title, and opening date and time, and submitted in the office of the Chief Engineer (Development), PMU SEPCO, Room 201, 2nd Floor, Al Sehra Building, Minara Road near Session Court, Sukkur, before the e-bid submission deadline. Tender opening will take place on 30 June 2026 on E-PADS in the presence of authorized bidder representatives.
