Description / Scope of Work
The National Highway Authority (NHA) Maintenance Region M-4 invites sealed bids from qualified contractors for highway safety works on Motorway M-4 in the Multan-Pindi Bhattian section. Two contracts are being offered: Contract HS-M4-427-2025-26 involves providing and fixing barbed wire from KM 00+00 to KM 150+00 (NBC and SBC) on M-4 with an engineer's estimate of Rs 15,736,905.00, and Contract HS-M4-428-2025-26 involves providing and fixing barbed wire from KM 150+00 to KM 292+00 (NBC and SBC) on M-4 with an engineer's estimate of Rs 12,550,420.00. These safety infrastructure projects aim to enhance security and protection along the motorway corridor in Punjab, Federal Pakistan. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Income Tax department and included on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue, holding valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-5 or above with Specialization in CE-01 or CE-10. Prospective contractors must obtain EPADS registration at www.eprocure.gov.pk to participate in upcoming procurements. Bid documents containing detailed terms, conditions, and specifications using the Single Stage Two Envelopes procurement method will be available for free download from the NHA website www.ebidding.nha.gov.pk starting June 25, 2026. Sealed bids must reach the NHA Complex at Kamalpur Interchange, Sargodha Road, Faisalabad on or before July 02, 2026 by 1100 Hours, with technical bids opening scheduled for 1130 Hours the same day.
