Description / Scope of Work
National Grid Company of Pakistan Limited (NGC) invites bids for the procurement of transformer oil under tender reference 04/CE/AM/S/NGC/HYD-2025-26. This procurement is in respect of the Chief Engineer AM (S) NGC Region Hyderabad and is conducted through a Single Stage Single Envelope procedure following National Competitive Bidding rules. The bidding documents contain detailed technical specifications and schedule of requirements for the transformer oil to be supplied to NGC's operations in the Hyderabad region of Sindh province.
Eligible bidders must meet the qualification criteria specified in the bid data sheet and technical specifications sections. Bidders are required to submit bid security as per the standard forms provided in the bidding documents. The successful bidder will be required to furnish an Integrity Pact prior to contract award and will need to provide performance security upon receipt of the Letter of Acceptance. All bidders must comply with the General Conditions of Contract and Special Conditions of Contract as outlined in the procurement documents.
Bidders should obtain the complete bidding documents from NGC which include Sections I through IX covering invitation to bids, instructions to bidders, bid data sheets, eligible countries, technical specifications, standard forms, general and special conditions of contract, and contract forms. Bids must be submitted in accordance with the procedures and timelines specified in the instructions to bidders. The bid opening will occur as per the schedule detailed in the bidding documents, with evaluation and award following the criteria outlined in Section II and the bid data sheet.
