Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) is inviting bids for the procurement of 132kV steel tubular poles SPD and SPG under a national single stage-one envelope competitive bidding process. The goods are required for supply to the 132KV Qurtaba Grid Station located in Muzang, Lahore City, Punjab Province. This is a goods procurement tender with specifications detailed in the standard bidding document, and bidders are required to demonstrate technical and financial capacity to fulfill the contract requirements.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to meet minimum financial and technical qualifications, including past experience with similar contracts, net worth evaluation, and average annual turnover documentation. Bid security in the form of a bid securing declaration is mandatory. Bidders must comply with all statutory and regulatory requirements of Pakistan and provide evidence of registration with relevant tax authorities and professional bodies where applicable. All bids must conform to the General Conditions of Contract, Special Conditions of Contract, and additional terms specified in the annexure of the bidding document.
