Description / Scope of Work
The Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) invites sealed bids for the procurement of electrical equipment comprising 132kV and 11kV Lightning Arresters, 11kV Post Insulators, and 132kV Bus Disconnectors. This national-level goods procurement is being conducted on a single-stage, one-envelope basis by the Chief Engineer PMU at the 132KV Qurtaba Grid Station in Muzang, Lahore City, Punjab Province. The procurement is essential for the enhancement and maintenance of electrical distribution infrastructure in the Lahore region, ensuring reliable power supply through critical grid components that protect against lightning strikes and manage electrical isolation.
Bidders must meet specified eligibility criteria including registration with relevant trade bodies, valid licenses for manufacturing or trading of electrical equipment, and demonstration of financial capacity and past experience. A bid security declaration is mandatory, and bidders must not have any history of contract non-performance or ongoing litigation. All bids must include completed procurement forms documenting past experience, financial capacity evaluation, average annual turnover, and current contract progress.
