Description / Scope of Work
Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) is inviting sealed bids for the procurement of one unit of 20/26 MVA Power Transformer under a national single-stage, one-envelope bidding process. This is a goods procurement contract for electrical power transmission infrastructure serving the Lahore region in Punjab province. The transformer specifications and technical requirements are detailed in the standard bidding document, which outlines the scope of supply, delivery obligations, and performance standards expected from qualified suppliers.
Bidders must be registered with the relevant regulatory authorities and possess valid licenses for manufacturing or supplying power transformers. Bid security (earnest money deposit) is required as specified in the Bid Data Sheet, and bidders must demonstrate technical and financial capacity through documentation of past experience, completed contracts, and average annual turnover.
