Description / Scope of Work
The Capital Development Authority, Simly Dam Division, invites electronic bids on a percentage basis for the year round operation and maintenance of spillway gates and EM installation at Simly Dam and Simly Dam Rest House in Islamabad for the fiscal year 2025-26. This is a single stage single envelope procurement conducted as per PPRA Rule 36(a). The estimated cost of work is Rs. 125,623 with an earnest money requirement of Rs. 4,187,436. The project scope includes detailed requirements and specifications outlined in the bidding documents available on the E-PADS portal.
Prospective bidders must be well reputed contractors or firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PAC) in the appropriate category and codes with a valid PAC License for the year 2025-26. Bidders must also possess valid NTN and GST registration with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Bid security of Rs. 125,623 must be submitted in the form of a pay order or CDR in favor of the Deputy Director, Simly Dam Division, CDA. The scanned copy of the bid security should be uploaded on E-PADS in PDF format with the original provided on or before bid submission to the office of Director (WR), CDA.
Electronic bidding documents containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions are available for registered bidders on the E-PADS portal at http://eprocure.gov.pk and www.ppra.org.pk. Bids must be submitted online through E-PADS on or before June 29, 2026 at 11:30 hours. Bid opening will occur publicly on the same day at 12:00 noon in the presence of the procurement committee and bidders' authorized representatives at the office of Director (WR), CDA, Office No. 8, Bazar No. 8, Street No. 57, G-6/4, Islamabad.
