Description / Scope of Work
Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO), through its Project Management Unit (PMU) at the Chief Engineer's office, is inviting bids for the procurement of a 132kV Transformer CT (Current Transformer) on a national competitive bidding basis. This is a goods procurement under a single-stage, one-envelope bidding process. The equipment will be delivered to the 132KV Qurtaba Grid Station located in Muzang, Lahore City, within Punjab Province. The procurement follows standard bidding document procedures as prescribed by PPRA regulations for national-level procurements of goods and related services.
Bidders must meet specified eligibility criteria including financial capacity, technical qualification, and past experience in supplying similar transformer equipment. A bid securing declaration is required at the time of bid submission. Eligible bidders should possess relevant manufacturing or supply experience and demonstrate financial stability through audited accounts and turnover statements. Non-performance history and pending litigation disclosures are mandatory during the evaluation process.
Bid documents are available from the Project Management Unit office at the address provided. Interested bidders must submit their proposals in a single sealed envelope containing all technical specifications, commercial terms, and price schedules. Bids will be opened on the specified date following the closing deadline.
