Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited invites bids through the EPADS portal for the supply of welding canopy and canvas turpal. This procurement is for materials required at the SNGPL Soan Camp located near Saroba Grid Station in Sehal Village, Rawalpindi, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The tender enquiry number is FCS/MDR/TE/020/26, with a closing date of 1 July 2026 at 15:00 hours and opening at 15:30 hours. Bidders must submit quotations inclusive of all taxes, duties and levies including the applicable 18 percent GST rate unless otherwise exempted and clearly specified in the offer.
Bidders must be registered with valid GST and National Tax Numbers and hold a valid Professional Tax Clearance Certificate. The bid security must be submitted in original hard copy format before the closing time at the procurement office in Rawalpindi. Bids must remain valid for 60 days from the closing date. Bidders are required to comply fully with the technical specifications provided in Appendix C and submit complete literature and specifications if offering alternative standards. Only one authorized representative per bidder may attend the public opening ceremony.

Bids must be submitted exclusively through the EPADS platform with the questionnaire and commercial terms sheet duly signed and stamped. Payment will be made within 30 days of goods receipt, with SNGPL deducting 1 percent of the total sales tax as a withholding agent.
