Description / Scope of Work
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites sealed bids through the Electronic Procurement and Auction Development System (EPADS) for the supply of miscellaneous stringing materials. The tender enquiry is referenced as FCS/LKI/TE/013/2026 and is issued from the Lakki Marwat location in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. The procurement covers miscellaneous stringing materials required by the organization with delivery to be made as per the schedule detailed in Appendix B. Bidders are required to quote prices in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of all applicable taxes, duties, and levies including sales tax of 18 percent unless otherwise specified for exempt items.
Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and possess valid GST and National Tax Numbers with supporting certificates. Bidders are required to submit a bid bond in original hard copy format before the closing time of 15:00 hours on or before July 3, 2026. The bid bond must be submitted at the office of Senior Officer (Procurement), Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited, Lakki Camp opposite Ghazni Khel Filling Station near Gulbaz Shop, Lakki Marwat. Bids must be submitted exclusively through the EPADS portal. Quotations must remain valid for 60 days from the closing date. Only one authorized representative per bidder is permitted to attend the public bid opening, and such representative must furnish an authority letter as per the prescribed format.
Bid documents comprising general terms (Appendix A), schedule of requirements (Appendix B), technical specifications (Appendix C), price term sheet (Appendix D), bid bond specimen (Appendix E), performance bond specimen (Appendix F), questionnaire/commercial sheet (Appendix I), and certificate of non-collusion (Appendix J) are provided. Public opening of bids will occur at 15:30 hours on July 3, 2026, at the Lakki Marwat office. Bidders offering materials meeting alternative recognized authoritative standards ensuring equal or higher quality must submit supporting documentation in English. Payment will be made within 30 days of goods receipt, with SNGPL deducting 1 percent of total sales tax as withholding agent under applicable regulations.
