Municipal Committee Jahanian invites sealed bids for the rehabilitation of Iqbal Park, a comprehensive civic infrastructure project in Punjab. The approved cost of the project is PKR 98,90,000 with an earnest money deposit of PKR 494,500. The scope of work encompasses multiple rehabilitation and renovation activities including painting of old surfaces such as guard bars, gates, iron bars, gratings and railings, provision and laying of tuff pavers with crushing strength of 7000 PSI, road edging installation, cement plaster work, and application of weather shield paint on external surfaces. The project also includes construction of steel grated doors, stainless steel stair railings, provision and fixing of wooden benches with planters, new swings and slides, rehabilitation of existing swings, and installation of monuments, demonstrating a comprehensive approach to park beautification and infrastructure enhancement.
Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and possess relevant experience and technical capability in similar park rehabilitation and construction projects. The bid security amount of PKR 494,500 is required to be submitted with the bid documents. All materials must be of approved quality and grade, including stone aggregates sourced from specified quarries and materials meeting relevant standards for structural and finishing work. The project timeline is as per the work order issued by the Municipal Committee.
Bid documents should be obtained from the Municipal Committee Jahanian office during working hours. Sealed bids must be submitted before the closing date of 29 June 2026 as specified in the tender announcement. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
