Description / Scope of Work
The Govt. Sadiq College Women University, Bahawalpur invites sealed bids for repair and renovation of Fatima Hostel, a comprehensive civil, plumbing, and finishing project valued at Rs. 5,511,600. The scope of work includes dismantling of glazed tiles, removal of windows and skylights, excavation and foundation work, brick masonry in cement mortar, damp proof course application, cement concrete work, plaster and pointing, ceramic and porcelain tile flooring and dado work, painting and distemper finishing, weather shield application, aluminum fly screens, mild steel reinforcement, granite cladding, fiber glass shed removal and re-erection, and plumbing fixtures including water closets. The project is located in Bahawalpur, Punjab, with a completion period of three months commencing from the first bi-annual tender of 2026.
Bidders must possess valid business registration and relevant experience in similar civil and renovation projects. The earnest money deposit required is Rs. 275,580, which must accompany the tender bid. Contractors should be properly licensed with appropriate contractor grade as per PPRA regulations. Documentary evidence of past performance and financial capacity is mandatory for bid evaluation.
Bid documents are available from the university's office during regular business hours. Sealed tenders must be submitted to the office of The Govt. Sadiq College Women University, Bahawalpur on or before the closing date specified. Technical bid opening will be conducted on the prescribed date, and financial bids of qualified bidders will be opened subsequently.
