Description / Scope of Work
The District & Sessions Judge, Attock invites sealed electronic bids for the procurement and installation of hybrid solar off-grid systems for courts in the Sessions Courts, Attock and all its sub-divisions across Punjab. This tender (Reference 17/2025-2026) covers four projects including installation of 04 KW and 06 KW hybrid solar systems with solar panels, inverters, battery storage, structural work, wiring, and earthing. The estimated total project cost is 31.7 million Pakistani rupees inclusive of all taxes and transportation charges. The scope includes supply and installation of solar panels (JA Solar, Jinko Solar, Canadian Solar, Longi Solar or equivalent), 6 KW hybrid inverters, lithium iron phosphate battery banks with 100 AH capacity, complete structural installations with cement pads, and comprehensive civil work.
Bidders must be registered under the Sales Tax Act and Income Tax as active taxpayers with good reputation and must not have been blacklisted by any government or autonomous body. Bid security of three percent of the estimated price must be submitted as a bank draft in favour of District & Sessions Judge, Attock before tender closing. All prices must be quoted inclusive of GST and income tax. Bidders should download complete bidding documents from the PPRA E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal, which contains detailed terms, conditions, technical specifications, and evaluation criteria.
Electronic bids must be submitted exclusively through EPADS (https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk) by 29 June 2026 at 10:00 AM; late bids will be rejected. Bid opening will occur on the same day at 10:30 AM in the Committee Room of Sessions Courts, Attock in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The successful bidder must deposit a five percent performance bank guarantee of the total purchase order value.
