Water & Sanitation Agency (WASA), Lahore invites e-bids for the rehabilitation of sewerage system at Factory Road in Bhamma Pind, UC-25, Shad Bagh Sub Division, Lahore, Punjab. The estimated project cost is PKR 2,565,811.48 with a completion period to be specified by bidders. This tender is issued under the e-Procurement system on e-PADS (e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) and all bids must be submitted digitally through the official portal at www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. The project falls under the operations and maintenance category of WASA's infrastructure development initiatives in Lahore.
Bidders must be registered on e-PADS with valid FBR, PRA, NTN and PNTN credentials. All e-bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of Cash Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank in Pakistan, amounting to 4 percent of the estimated cost (PKR 102,632.45). The original bid security instrument must be submitted in a clearly marked envelope to XEN (O&M-II) Shalimar Town office at Aziz Road Chowk Nakhuda Pani Wali Tanki on or before 29 June 2026 at 08:30 AM. Single stage one envelope bidding procedure will be adopted with a 30-day bid validity period.
E-bids must be uploaded as PDF files on the e-PADS website www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk with a submission closing date and time of 30 June 2026 at 11:00 AM, followed by opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Conditional tenders will not be accepted and rates must be filled in both figures and words. No bids via telegraph or post will be considered.
