Description / Scope of Work
The District & Sessions Judge, Mandi Bahauddin invites electronic bids for the installation of hybrid off-grid solarization systems for courts across three locations in Punjab. The project encompasses three separate lots: Lot-1 for the District Headquarters Court at Mandi Bahauddin with an estimated cost of Rs. 12,350,000 and bid security of Rs. 617,500; Lot-2 for Sub-Division Phalia Courts with an estimated cost of Rs. 6,650,000 and bid security of Rs. 332,500; and Lot-3 for Sub-Division Malakwal Courts with an estimated cost of Rs. 5,700,000 and bid security of Rs. 285,000. All three installations must be completed within one month from the date of contract execution.
Eligible bidders must be registered firms with previous experience in solarization projects and possess valid registration with the Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Professional Tax authorities. Contractors must hold membership with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant C3 category and obtain relevant code CE-01. Bidders are required to deposit bid security equivalent to 10 percent of the estimated contract value as a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or bank draft in favor of the District & Sessions Judge, Mandi Bahauddin. All bids must include an affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper confirming litigation history and relevant tax certificates.
Bidding documents are available on the E-PADS website (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx) and through the PPRA website. Interested bidders must submit their e-bids on E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) before the closing date and time of 29-06-2026 at 10:00 A.M. Bids will be opened electronically on the same date at 10:30 A.M. at the office of the District & Sessions Judge, Mandi Bahauddin.
