Description / Scope of Work
The Public Health Engineering Division Bannu, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites sealed bids through the E-PADS system for eight solarization projects valued between 0.933 and 3.837 million rupees. The works comprise solarization of pressure pumps, tube wells, and drinking water supply systems at multiple locations across Bannu division including Kotka Wakeel Khel, Kotka Elman Kanda, Sadat Hafiz Khel, and other villages in Wazir Sub-Division and Bannu district. These projects are funded under District Development Plans with ADP numbers 210555, 210579, and 240319, with implementation timelines ranging from 2021 to 2024. Total estimated cost for all works is approximately 18.389 million rupees.
Eligible bidders must possess valid registrations and certifications including E-PADS system enrollment, Security Exchange Commission of Pakistan registration, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KP-PPRA) enrollment, Pakistan Engineering Council category C-6 or above with specialized solar codes CE-09, CE-10, EE-04, or EE-11, Provincial Enlistment Committee listing, active KPPRA and Federal Board of Revenue status with valid NTN and STRN, Electric Contractor License Class-E from the Energy and Power Department, and ISO-9001 quality management certification. Bid security is required at two percent of estimated cost for each work, payable as call deposit in favour of the Executive Engineer.
Bid Solicitation Documents can be downloaded from kp.eprocure.gov.pk and the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa PPRA website. Bids must be submitted through the EPADS portal before 29 June 2026 at 12:30 PM, with technical bids opening at 2:00 PM the same day at the office of the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division Bannu. Original bid security and tender fee must be submitted physically through registered post or courier to the undersigned before the deadline. Financial bids of unsuccessful technical bidders will be returned unopened. All bids must comply with KP-PPRA Rules 2014 and contain no incomplete, conditional, or unattested alterations.
