Description / Scope of Work
The Town Committee Sarhari in District Sanghar, Sindh invites sealed tenders for the construction of surface drains Type A and cement concrete paving works. The project covers multiple locations including Safoo Berohi to Main Drain via Raheem Mashoori, Mithal Siyal to A Jabbar, and Mithal Siyal to Main Drain via Photo Sheikh and Long Mashoori at Ward No. 6, Town Committee Sarhari, Taluka Shahdadpur, District Sanghar. The estimated contract value is Rs. 2.956 million with a project completion period of six months. This civil infrastructure development initiative is funded through OZT and own sources under SPPRA Rules 2010 (amended 2013).
Eligible bidders must submit affidavits confirming they are not involved in litigation, have not abandoned government works, and are not blacklisted by Pakistan Engineering Council or other agencies. Sole proprietors and firms must provide CNIC copies, Income Tax registration certificates, and firm registration documents. Bidders are required to furnish bank statements and solvency certificates for the last three years, evidence of satisfactory completion of similar works during the last three financial years, and valid Sindh Revenue Board registration along with Sales Tax Registration Number (SRTN) and NTN certificates where applicable. A bid security of 5 percent of the bid cost, amounting to Rs. 147,800, must be pledged as a call deposit from a scheduled bank and attached with bid documents. The tender fee is Rs. 3,000.
Bidding documents are available for download and submission through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal of the Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority up to 29 June 2026 at 1:00 PM. Bids will be opened on 29 June 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Office of Town Committee Sarhari in the presence of the tender opening committee and participating contractors. A second attempt for bid submission is available up to 14 July 2026 at 1:00 PM, with opening on the same date at 1:30 PM. The bid validity period is 90 days from opening.
