The Chief Minister's Secretariat in Karachi invites electronic bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposable System (EPADS) for the procurement of Meals Catering Services, Manpower and Services for Janitors, miscellaneous food items, stationery, printing, uniforms and gift items for the financial year 2026-27. This is a single stage single envelope procurement under rule 17(1A) of SPPRA 2010 (Amended). The tender is open to eligible and well-reputed bidders, original manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers, and service providers in Sindh who are duly registered or present on active taxpayer list of Federal Board of Revenue and Sindh Revenue Board. Eligible bidders must register themselves on the EPPAD System at https://sindh.eprocedure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration to submit electronic bids. Bid security of 5 percent of bid cost refundable in shape of demand draft or pay orders must reach the procuring agency on or before 20.06.2026 at 01.00 pm. A complete set of bidding documents may be obtained during office hours by submitting a written application and a non-refundable fee of Rs.3000 as demand draft payable to D.D.O/Section Officer General, Chief Minister's Secretariat, Karachi.
Bids will be opened through EPADS by the Procurement Committee on 29.06.2026 at 02.00 pm in the Committee Room of Chief Minister's Secretariat, Karachi. The quoted rates should be inclusive of GST, Income Tax, and SRB Sindh Services Tax, which will be deducted at source at prescribed rates. After contract award, the successful bidder must submit 10 percent performance security refundable in shape of demand draft or pay orders.
