Description / Scope of Work
NED University of Engineering & Technology, Karachi, Sindh, invites sealed bids through the Electronic Procurement Across Districts (EPADs) platform for the renovation of Flat B-24 at NED Staff Colony located at the NED Main Campus. The estimated cost of this civil works project is Rs 1.485 million with a completion timeline of one month. The tender follows a Single Stage One Envelope procedure and requires bidders to submit their best and final price as no negotiations are permitted. Bidding documents are available on the NEDUET website and the Sindh portal for electronic procurement.
To be eligible, bidders must have a minimum of three years of experience in relevant civil works and renovation projects. Applicants are required to provide detailed turnover information for the past three years, with an average annual turnover of at least Rs 1 million verified through online annual returns submitted to the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). All bidders must be registered with the FBR, Sales Tax authority, and Sindh Revenue Board, and possess PEC (Pakistan Engineering Council) registration where applicable. A tender fee and bid security equivalent to 2.5 percent of the bid cost must be submitted in the form of a payorder favouring the Director Finance.
Bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, and Bill of Quantities can be obtained and submitted through EPADs between June 15, 2026 and June 30, 2026. Tender submission closes on July 1, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. with opening scheduled for 10:30 A.M. the same day.
