Tender forms which are not as per the instructions given in the tender document shall be filled in by using ball point pen or type without any modification, alteration or addition. The Corporation shall reject them. The tender documents/certificates as requested in the tender document shall be attached with the tender document.
Bidders must meet standard eligibility criteria including valid business registration, relevant licenses, and proven technical capacity to supply laboratory equipment. Bid security and performance guarantees are required as per government procurement regulations. Interested vendors can obtain detailed bid documents from the issuing office during business hours. Sealed bids must be submitted before the closing time of 01:00 PM on 30 June 2026 to the specified address. Bid opening will take place immediately after the closing time at the tender office.
