Description / Scope of Work
LESCO, the Lahore Electricity Supply Company Limited, invites bids for safe loading, unloading, carriage, transportation, erection, excavation, complete earthing and back filling of HT PCC Spun Poles of 45 feet height under the XEN Construction Okara Division. This National level procurement is being conducted under a single stage-one envelope bidding process. The project is managed by the Project Director Construction Circle, LESCO, located at 132 KV LDA Avenue-I Grid Station F-Block in Lahore City, Punjab Province. The tender reference number is EP-42 and bidders should note the comprehensive scope of work involving pole installation activities across the Okara Division service area.
Eligible bidders must meet specified criteria relating to experience, financial stability and technical capacity for undertaking similar construction and installation works. Bidders are required to submit a bid security as specified in Annexure-2 of the bidding document. A performance guarantee will be required from the successful bidder as detailed in the Performance Guarantee Form. All bidders must comply with the Integrity Pact provisions and submit requisite affidavits and certificates as outlined in the tender documentation.
