Description / Scope of Work
Multan Electric Power Company (MEPCO) invites sealed bids for the supply of Low Tension Current Transformers with specifications of 400/5 and 800/5 amperes. This is a national competitive procurement conducted under single-stage, one-envelope bidding methodology. The goods are required for MEPCO's operations in Multan, Punjab province. Bidders must meet the specified eligibility criteria and technical requirements as detailed in the bid data sheet and items/lot specifications provided in this standard bidding document.
Prospective bidders must be registered entities with relevant experience in manufacturing or supplying electrical equipment, particularly current transformers. A bid securing declaration is mandatory, and bidders must provide evidence of past completed contracts demonstrating their technical capacity and financial stability. All bids must be accompanied by certificates of authenticity, quality assurance documents, and proof of business registration. Bidders are required to sign and submit an integrity pact as part of their proposal submission.

Sealed bids must be submitted by the closing date of June 30, 2026, in the prescribed format. Bid opening will take place on the same date as per the bidding schedule.
