Description / Scope of Work
National Investment Trust Limited, an asset management company managing mutual funds in Pakistan, invites sealed electronic bids from authorized partners for providing maintenance support and licenses renewal of the existing Veeam Availability Suite Enterprise Plus application at its Karachi head office. The procurement is for comprehensive technical support, license renewal, and service level agreements for the critical data backup and availability software currently deployed at the organization's headquarters in Karachi, Sindh. Bidders are required to be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and listed on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue with a registered office in Pakistan.
Eligible bidders must be authorized partners of Veeam with proven expertise in enterprise-level software maintenance and support services. Suppliers must demonstrate qualifications including relevant certifications, prior experience with similar implementations, and capability to provide 24/7 support services as specified in the service level agreement requirements outlined in the tender documents. A bid securing declaration will be required from all participating bidders as per the terms and conditions detailed in the annexures.
Bidding documents containing detailed technical specifications, bill of quantity, qualification criteria, and salient features for required service level agreements can be downloaded free of cost from https://eprocure.gov.pk. All bids must be prepared in accordance with instructions and submitted electronically only through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) by July 1, 2026 at 3:00 PM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 3:30 PM through EPADS. Prospective bidders must register at https://eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration. Manual submission of bids is not allowed.
