NUST is renewing annual OEM support for Sangfor HCI infrastructure at a national military-affiliated university. This is a recurring annual contract for vendor-managed 24x7 technical support, suggesting medium scale. Bidders should note the requirement for an Integrity Pact and Performance Guarantee; the single-envelope process means technical and financial quotations must both be compliant on first submission. Only authorized Sangfor service partners are likely to qualify.
Who can bid: Bidders must be authorized Sangfor HCI OEM support providers or certified partners. Typically, bidders require SECP registration, valid NTN, and PEC/relevant technical certification demonstrating capacity to deliver 24x7 support. NUST may restrict bids to organizations with prior OEM service experience and adequate technical personnel.
