Highway Safety Works - Barbed Wire Provision and Fixing on Motorway M-4

The National Highway Authority invites sealed bids from registered contractors for provision and fixing of barbed wire on Motorway M-4 (Multan-Pindi Bhattian) under its Maintenance Region M-4. This highway safety works project comprises two contracts covering approximately 300 kilometres of motorway sections. Contract HS-M4-427-2025-36 covers provision and fixing of barbed wire from kilometre 00+000 to kilometre 150+000 with an engineer's estimate of 15,736,905 Pakistani rupees. Contract HS-M4-428-2025-36 covers the same works from kilometre 150+000 to kilometre 292+000 with an engineer's estimate of 12,550,420 Pakistani rupees. These works fall under the category of highway maintenance and safety infrastructure in Punjab province.

Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax department and listed as active taxpayers with the Federal Board of Revenue. Contractors must possess valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council in categories CE-61 and CE-10 or above with specialization in civil engineering works. All prospective bidders are required to obtain PPRA registration at www.eppsure.gov.pk immediately, as manual bids will be eliminated in upcoming procurements. Bid security and earnest money deposits are required as per standard procurement regulations.

Bidding documents using the single-stage two-envelope method will be available on the NHA website from 25 June 2026. Bids must be submitted to the General Manager (Maintenance) M-4 at NHA Complex, Kamatpur Interchange, Sarnotha Road, Faisalabad on or before 2 July 2026 by 11:00 hours.
