HESCO Hyderabad invites sealed bids for the disposal of unserviceable store material through electronic auction under Tender Reference RSH171A. The disposal process is open to qualified bidders across Pakistan and aims to liquidate surplus and damaged inventory on an as-is-where-is basis. Bidders must inspect all listed materials prior to submission and acknowledge full responsibility for verifying type, quality, and condition. All weighment, counting, and loading operations will be conducted by the successful bidder at their own cost and expense.
Bidders must submit sealed earnest money or bid security in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or bank guarantee from any Scheduled Bank of Pakistan, valid for 120 days, in favour of the Chief Executive Officer HESCO Hyderabad. The earnest money must be submitted in the bidder's own name and will be refunded only after issuance of the Release Order. Bids not supported by the required earnest money will be rejected summarily. Bidders must not be blacklisted by NGC, WAPDA, DISCOs, GENCOs, or any government department or organization. All government taxes including 18 percent GST and 10 percent Income Tax as per Federal Board of Revenue regulations are applicable on the offered price.
Full payment of the accepted offer must be deposited unconditionally within 21 working days from issuance of the Letter of Acceptance, failing which earnest money will be forfeited with no claims against HESCO. Upon full payment, a Release Order will be issued authorizing removal of material from the designated site within 21 working days; thereafter, rental charges at 1 percent per day of the total disposed material value will be levied. Time extension may be granted only on grounds of force majeure including acts of state, war, lockouts, riots, civil commotion, or court injunctions. The CEO HESCO Hyderabad reserves absolute right to accept, reject, or cancel any bid or the entire tender without assigning reasons. Bid validity is 120 days or as specified in the bidding schedule.
