Meter Security Slips Procurement by Lahore Electric Supply Company

The Lahore Electric Supply Company (Material Management), Chief Engineer, is inviting electronic bids for the procurement of Meter Security Slips under Tender No 4383. This is a national level goods procurement planned for the fiscal year 2026-27 with funds reserved for eligible payments under the contract. The procurement will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform using a Single Stage-One Envelope bidding process with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The procuring agency is based in Lahore, Punjab, and manages material procurement for the electric supply operations.

Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and are eligible to participate if they meet the eligibility criteria specified in the bidding documents. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft as described in the Bid Security Section, or alternatively a Bid Security Declaration where not required by the procuring agency.
