Description / Scope of Work
The Lahore Electric Supply Company (Material Management), operating under reserved funds for fiscal year 2026-27, invites electronic bids from eligible vendors for the procurement of strips designed for fixing electricity meters on poles and structures. This national-level tender, issued with reference number 4382, covers the supply of specialized meter-fixing hardware essential for the utility's infrastructure operations in Punjab. The procurement follows a single stage, one envelope bidding process utilizing the Least Cost Based Selection technique in compliance with Pakistan's Public Procurement Rules 2004. Eligible bidders must be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) version 2.0 and possess necessary business registration and tax compliance credentials as prescribed in the bidding documents. Bid security is mandatory and must be submitted in the form of a pay order, banker's cheque, call deposit, bank guarantee, or demand draft, or alternatively as a bid security declaration where not required by the procuring agency.
