Description / Scope of Work
Lahore Electric Supply Company (Material Management), Chief Engineer, is inviting electronic bids for the procurement of accessories of aerial bundled cables under Tender No. 4381. This is a national-level goods procurement conducted through a single stage-one envelope bidding process using the Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. The tender is for the fiscal year 2026-27 and bidders are required to submit their bids electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) platform. The procurement is open to eligible bidders across Pakistan, with detailed specifications and requirements outlined in the bidding documents available on the EPADS portal.
Eligible bidders must ensure they are registered on EPADS v2.0 before the registration deadline. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a pay order, banker's cheque, call deposit, bank guarantee, or demand draft as described in the bidding documents. Where bid security is not mandatory, bidders are required to furnish a bid security declaration as specified. The bidding documents contain comprehensive terms and conditions, detailed item specifications, price schedules, and general and special conditions of contract.
Bidders must register themselves on EPADS v2.0 on or before Tuesday, June 30, 2026 at 10:30 AM, with electronic bids opening on the same day at 11:00 AM.
