National Grid Company (NGC) of Pakistan Limited invites sealed bids for rehabilitation works of a 220KV double circuit single conductor transmission line between Sibbi and Quetta, covering approximately 3 kilometers of transmission infrastructure in Punjab province. This project is being executed under NGC's own resources on a single stage two envelope basis. The rehabilitation work includes structural improvements, maintenance, and restoration of the existing transmission line to ensure operational reliability and compliance with technical standards. Bidders must be registered with the relevant regulatory authorities and possess valid contractor licenses for transmission line works in Pakistan. A bid security is required as specified in the bid data sheet, and bidders must demonstrate technical competence and financial capability to execute high-voltage transmission line rehabilitation projects. The complete bidding document comprises Volume-1 containing commercial and technical conditions, and Volume-II containing drawings and transmission line route details in soft form. Sealed bids in two envelopes must be submitted by the closing date specified in the invitation for bids section. Bids will be opened and evaluated following the single stage two envelope procurement methodology, with technical evaluation conducted prior to financial bid opening.
