Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) invites electronic bids under FESCO local funds through single stage one envelope bidding procedure for the supply of distribution transformers according to WAPDA and PPMC drawings and specifications. The tender comprises two categories: tender 3100/MM/FESCO/2026-27 for 400-KVA distribution transformers with a quantity of 50 units each for two lots, and tender 3101/MM/FESCO/2026-27 for 630-KVA distribution transformers with a quantity of 50 units each for two lots. Bidders must be approved manufacturers duly pre-qualified and registered in Category M-1, with valid prototypes registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, and listed as active taxpayers with the Federal Board of Revenue. All prices must be quoted in local currency inclusive of taxes and duties excluding General Sales Tax, without foreign exchange element. Bid security instruments must be submitted in the office of the undersigned before the online submission deadline. Bidding documents containing detailed specifications, terms and conditions, and other relevant information are available on EPADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS on or before 02.07.2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening scheduled for 11:30 AM the same day in the office of the Director (Material Management) at FESCO Old Thermal Plant Abdullahpur Faisalabad.
