Liaquat University of Medical & Health Sciences, Jamshoro invites competitive bids for the procurement and purchase of latest medical books (local) for its Main Central Library, Book Bank, and Landing Library. The tender is issued under Reference No. LUMHS/PSS/1786 dated 16-06-2026 and covers the acquisition of educational and reference materials to support the academic and clinical training requirements of the university's medical and health sciences programs in Jamshoro, Sindh. The procuring agency welcomes submissions from well-reputed firms and companies registered with Government Sales Tax, Income Tax, and Sindh Revenue Board as applicable.
Bidders must be registered with relevant government taxation authorities. Bid security equivalent to five percent of the total bid cost is required in the form of a pay order or demand draft made payable to the Vice Chancellor, LUMHS Jamshoro, which will be refunded to unsuccessful bidders. The tender fee, non-refundable, is set at Rs. 3,000. All submissions must be made electronically through the EPADS (Electronic Procurement and Auction System) portal as per the Single Stage One Envelope procedure outlined in the tender document.
Bidding documents can be downloaded from the Sindh Procurement Regulatory Authority (SPPRA) EPADS portal at https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/ or from the LUMHS official website at www.lumhs.edu.pk. Bids must be submitted through EPADS between 17-06-2026 and 01-07-2026. Bid opening will take place on 02-07-2026 at 11:30 am through EPADS.
