Description / Scope of Work
Punjab Forensic Science Agency (PFSA), operating under the Home Department of the Government of the Punjab, invites electronic bids for the acquisition of services related to accreditation renewal. This tender, referenced as FSA-681, encompasses comprehensive consultation and support services to facilitate the renewal of PFSA's accreditation across all eleven forensic examination departments. The scope of work covers latent fingerprints examination, firearms and toolmarks analysis, DNA and serology testing, questioned documents examination, audio visual analysis, narcotics analysis, toxicology, trace chemistry, polygraph examination, crime scene examination, and computer forensics. The head office is located at Thokar Niaz Baig on Multan Road in Lahore, Punjab, from where all project coordination shall be managed.
Eligible bidders must be reputable organizations or consultants with proven expertise and experience in forensic science accreditation, laboratory management, and quality assurance systems. Bidders are required to submit relevant qualifications, past performance records, and credentials demonstrating capability in supporting accreditation processes aligned with international standards. A bid security deposit as specified in the tender document must accompany all bids. Bidders shall comply with all applicable statutes, regulations, and procurement rules of the Government of the Punjab throughout the bidding and contract execution process.
