The National Logistics Corporation (NLC), a Government of Pakistan entity, invites tenders from authorized and qualified firms for ISO certifications for its Pulp, Puree and Dehydration Plant (PP&DP) on an on-going basis. The successful firm will be responsible for auditing all processes and issuing the required Food Safety and Security certification (FSSC-22000) to the facility. Tender location is Rawalpindi, Federal Province. This is a recurring certification contract with service delivery extending beyond the initial award period as certifications require periodic renewal and ongoing compliance verification.
Eligible bidders must be duly accredited with Pakistan's National Accreditation Council (PNAC) specifically for ISO and FSSC-22000 certifications in food manufacturing plants, and must demonstrate previous relevant experience in the food safety certification field. Bidders are required to submit proof of NTN and STRN registration with 100 percent tax compliance, a non-blacklisting certificate on e-stamp or affidavit worth Rs 100, and authorization letters from PNAC. Tender fee and bid security must accompany all offers. The offer validity period is 60 days from tender opening, with a 60-day delivery (commencement) period after Letter of Acceptance.
