THQ Hospital Jatoi, operating under the Health and Population Department of the Government of Punjab, invites sealed bids for the auction of canteen and parking services for the financial year 2026-27. This tender is issued under Punjab Local Government Rules and seeks qualified contractors to operate the canteen facility and parking services within the hospital premises. The successful bidder will be responsible for providing food and beverage services to patients, visitors, and staff while maintaining hygiene and quality standards approved by the competent authority.
Eligible bidders must submit a bid security in the form of a CDR, Demand Draft, or Pay Order with one-year validity in favor of the Medical Superintendent THQ Hospital Jatoi. Required eligibility documents include a computerized valid ID card, active NTN registration certificate, income tax returns for the previous fiscal year, non-blacklisting affidavit on Rs. 100 stamp paper, an affidavit confirming non-defaulter status with any government department on Rs. 100 stamp paper, and an affidavit accepting responsibility for free replacement of damaged hospital assets on Rs. 100 stamp paper. Any missing eligibility document will result in automatic bid rejection.
Bid documents can be obtained from the office of the Medical Superintendent at THQ Hospital Jatoi. Sealed tenders must be submitted to the same office with the original tender receipt attached. The tender opening will occur on a date to be announced by the hospital administration. After bid acceptance, the successful contractor must deposit one-tenth of the approved bid amount with the government treasurer within the specified timeframe and execute a written agreement within three days. The remaining bid amount shall be paid in equal monthly installments by the fifth of each month. Contractors must handover the canteen within 15 days if a central auction is conducted by PMU or the Health and Population Department.
