Zarai Taraqiati Bank Ltd (ZTBL) invites electronic bids for the disposal of obsolete items through open auction via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0. The e-auction concerns the disposal of public assets located at ZTBL Head Office in Islamabad on an as-is-where-is basis. The procurement activity is conducted in accordance with the Disposal of Public Assets Regulations 2024. Interested bidders must register on the EPADS v2.0 platform at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/ using Disposal Activity ID No. D9989 to access detailed bidding documents containing specifications, terms, conditions, and other requirements.
Eligibility criteria require that bidders be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for both Income Tax and Sales Tax purposes and must maintain status on the Active Taxpayer List. Depending on the nature of disposed items, Professional Engineers Council (PEC) registration may be mandated if the disposal involves civil, electrical, or mechanical works. Manual bids are not permitted and all participation must occur through the EPADS v2.0 online platform. Bidders representing various entity types including individuals, sole proprietorships, partnerships, private and public limited companies, holding companies, state-owned enterprises, NGOs, NPOs, and IGOs are eligible to participate.
The e-auction remains open until Thursday, July 2, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with online evaluation and review commencing at 11:30 AM the same day. Bidders may increase their offers multiple times throughout the auction period until the closing time, after which EPADS v2.0 automatically selects the highest bidder as the winner. Detailed bidding documents are available exclusively for registered bidders on the EPADS v2.0 portal. Grievance redressal procedures are governed by Regulation No. 26, with notifications available on EPADS v2.0 and the procuring agency website.
