Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO) invites e-bids on a single stage one envelope basis for the supply of transmission line hardware under SEPCO's own resources. This national competitive bidding procurement pertains to transmission line materials required for SEPCO's network infrastructure in Sindh province. The tender includes supply of various hardware items such as suspension fittings and tension fittings for Lynx conductor sets, stockbridge dampers, mid-span joints, repair sleeves, post-type grounding clamps, and complete grounding sets for earthwire, with quantities ranging from 28 to 708 units depending on item type. The procurement is advertised with PPRA e-pad reference number P48734 and is funded entirely from SEPCO's own financial resources without external development partner involvement.
Bidders must be sales tax registered manufacturers or suppliers qualified to participate in national competitive bidding. All bids must include a bid security from a scheduled bank of Pakistan in the form of a CDR, bank guarantee, bank draft, or pay order valid for 120 days from the opening date, accompanied by an undertaking on non-judicial stamp paper confirming the bidder is not blacklisted or debarred by WAPDA, NTDC, NGC, or DISCOs. Bidders are required to register on the E-PADS v2.0 platform to submit their bids and must quote strictly in accordance with NTDC specifications and IEC standards as amended to date. E-bids must remain valid for 90 days from the opening date; bids with lesser validity will be rejected as non-responsive.
Bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, technical specifications, and evaluation criteria are available exclusively through the E-PADS v2.0 portal at the PPRA website. Interested bidders must register on E-PADS to submit bids; submissions through any other method will be treated as non-responsive. The tender will be opened on 7 July 2026 at 11:30 hours in the presence of bidders' representatives who wish to attend. Bid security envelopes must be submitted to the Chief Engineer (Development), PMU SEPCO, Room 201, 2nd Floor, Al Sehra Building, Minara Road near Session Court Sukkur before the closing deadline of 7 July 2026 at 10:30 hours.
